Smile Wide with Invisalign
Not so fond of metal braces? Neither are we! Our dentists now offer Invisalign to dental patients; a more attractive and less finicky alternative. Invisalign’s approach entails using a series of transparent, removable teeth aligners. This revolutionary solution has been proven to realign crooked teeth, without the hassles of traditional braces. Not convinced yet? Let’s get to the root of it.
Invisible Alignment
Choosing Invisalign brings with it various advantages for the patient. The most notable being no interference with your appearance. These aligners are completely transparent, making them practically undetectable. For self-conscious teens and adults, this is the perfect alternative to bulky metal braces.
Removable
Having metal fixed into your mouth is not a pleasant experience for anyone. That’s why we use Invisalign; the more comfortable removable alternative. This makes personal dental hygiene much easier. Traditional braces allow tooth decay and plaque build-up, as cleaning in between the braces is not easy. It gets better! Unlike metal braces, there are no food restrictions when using Invisalign. So, you can eat whatever your heart desires!
Straight Teeth in No Time!
Invisalign has been proven to produce identical results to braces in half the time! A large-scale study of 408 participants using traditional braces showed that, on average, 35.92 months were needed to achieve the desired results. Invisalign produces the same permanent results in 12-18 months!
How Invisalign Straightens Your Smile
To begin with, you will undergo a series of x-rays, bite registrations, and tooth impressions. Our dentists will use this to tailor a strategic plan unique to you. This blueprint is then sent to Align Technology, where your aligners will be constructed.
For the next three weeks, we recommend wearing each aligner for 20 hours every day. Luckily for you, these should be removed when brushing your teeth, eating, drinking and flossing. In severe cases, a retainer may be recommended after this treatment to maintain the results.
